Collins College

Skilled interior designers are highly sought after professionals and can therefore earn quite a lucrative income so if you are thinking about taking an interior design course with the intention of becoming a professional interior designer afterwards, then it is a good idea to know what it involves.

A professional interior designer can be more or less described as someone who has the necessary education (from an institute like Collins College), qualifications and experience, as well as the imagination, creative talent and artistic flair to enhance and transform interior rooms into spaces that are aesthetically pleasing and at the same time functional. They also have to bear in mind and consider health and safety laws, building standards, their clients’ taste and of course their clients’ budget. No two projects will be the same either and each one will bring its own individual issues and challenges.

In other words, a professional interior designer has to develop and use a variety of skills to produce a standard of work that is not only acceptable, but also fully embraced by their clients and to do this they have to be able to anticipate, understand and deliver their clients needs as well as their personal preferences. So the first step to gaining the education and the qualification would be to take some sort of interior design course.

There are also many people who want to take an interior design course simply to learn the skills that will enable them to practice interior design in their own homes. Fortunately, there are many different interior design courses available throughout the country and whatever your interest in interior design, there will be one that is suited to you and the following list will give you an idea of where to start looking.

MySpace Mania!

I know that everyone who is on MySpace has had the same burning questions that I’ve had. How can I see who has viewed my MySpace profile? Where can I find a MySpace Tracker? Since MySpace has become so popular, so have the MySpace profile stalkers. And now since everyone from WCI has a myspace page. Could be your friends, neighbors, ex-boyfriends or ex-girlfriends, or even someone you don’t even know. We are fortunate enough to have the technology for 3rd party websites to provide the code to allow you to see who visits your profile. Bands on MySpace Music find this sort of technology very useful because it allows them to see who their fans are. Unfortunately, the majority of the code that these websites offer have been eliminated because they violate MySpace’s TOS (terms of service). Don’t get disappointed yet, there are some alternatives.

I still remember the short reign of several very popular websites that tracked profile viewers right back to their profile. Sites like these provided members with a MySpace tracker code they could enter into their MySpace profile which allowed the tracking of anyone who viewed their profile. After entering the code, you could login to Profilesnoop to see everyone who has viewed your profile. It even had their MySpace pictures! This was very convenient for a short while, until without notice, it stopped working. Apparently, this code violated MySpace’s TOS and the code automatically was cut out of your profile. After this, these sites quickly lost fan base. This left millions of MySpacers in question and looking to find another MySpace tracker.

You can create charts, browse data, and even understand what your viewers are looking for. Software like this is great for both the casual MySpace user and bands trying to promote their music on MySpace.

FAQ on IVA

An individual voluntary arrangement begins with a proposal based on your financial circumstances and how much you are realistically able to afford to contribute towards an IVA, either on a monthly basis or from other assets you may own. The proposal is presented to the court and then to Creditors.

How does it work?

We tell the court the details of your proposal. A meeting of creditors is held, the date of the meeting and details of the proposals being sent to your creditors. Only those creditors who had notice of the meeting are bound by the arrangement, so it is important that you have accurate records of all your creditors’ names and addresses. Otherwise, the arrangement might fail because we cannot contact all the creditors and, therefore, bind them to it.

At the meeting, the creditors vote on whether to accept your proposals. If enough creditors (over 75% in value of the creditors present in person or by proxy, and voting on the resolution) vote in favour, the proposals are accepted. They are then binding on all creditors who had notice of, and were entitled to vote at, the meeting.

We supervise the arrangement and pay the creditors in accordance with the accepted proposal.

The Seasonal Look

Every season has its own colors and patterns. Autumn is associated with orange, brown, and red colors along with leaves, pumpkins, scarecrows, and harvest time. Spring brings out the bright colors and pastels such as pink, blue, purple, lavender, and light green. In winter, darker colors are used such as burgundy, black, red, emerald green, or royal blue. In summer, spring colors can still be used or summer-type themes such as underwater themes, roses, animals, and so forth.

Use your shower curtains as a springboard for the remainder of your bath decor. Choose shower curtains for every season to reflect the theme or colors you want to portray. The shower curtains can be fabric for formal baths or plastic or vinyl for informal baths. You can also choose shower curtain liners, rings, and rods to enhance the theme. To get more stuff like this you can look up directories with interior decorators such as the v7n directory.
Other Bathroom Decor Accessories

Once you choose a shower curtain and shower curtain liner, add pictures or paintings, accessories, window curtains, rugs, and other items to go along with your seasonal decor. You might get by with changing just a few small items such as a toothbrush holder, wastebasket, and window curtain ties. Think ahead when buying bathroom items to find ways to accommodate the seasons without emptying your pocket book each time.

Cleaning and Storing Shower Curtains for the Seasons

Since shower curtains line the bathtub, they are susceptible to moisture, soap scum, hard water stains, and mildew. Keeping them clean throughout the season makes it easier to clean them for storage later.

When you change out a shower curtain, be sure to clean it and the shower curtain liner thoroughly before storage. Be sure all mildew or mold is removed. Use a brush or sponge and bleach and vinegar to scrub off mildew. Otherwise, it could ruin other items that are stored with it. Also, be sure the curtains and liner are completely dry before storing. Allow to drip dry and then wipe any additional moisture away with a towel. Store your shower curtains in a dry place in a sealed container. To keep it fresh, consider placing a fabric softener sheet in the container.
